SNES Controller Brings Retro Button-Mashing to the Wii

SNES Controller Brings Retro Button-Mashing to the Wii

If there is one thing Nintendo has the right (with the exception of games), it is the controller. From the N64 is amazing analog thumb sticks and triggers for the rear-shaky-shaky Wiimote, the controller always intuitive, innovative and simple easy to use.

So it was with the SNES controller, which was almost perfect for the time of the three best games – Street Fighter 2, Super Mario Kart and Super Mario World. Compare these efforts for the poor by Sega, the plasticky, thin-feeling Genesis (or Megadrive) controller and you can see why the SNES was the console of choice for the legendary Capcom beat ‘em up

The controller on the screen is actually an add-on for the Wii, but it looks pretty much on the spot, like a copy of the original. With this you can read about all downloadable, retro games with nostalgic authenticity. I wonder if the replica ia the same smear uncleanable plastic on the screen of my TV, like the original back when I get frustrated with a game and again the joypad smash against the glass.
