Wooden Projection Clock

Wooden Projection Clock

Oregon Scientific latest timepieces for the home would be the auto-turning wooden projection clock which is able to raise the current time in either vertical or horizontal formats, depending on your preferences (and IITS current orientation, of course), thanks to a built – in gyrometer within that knows which direction is maintained.

The large LCD display shows the time as well as the current temperature and weather forecast for the next 24 hours. No idea when these will be available to the masses.

HP MediaSmart Server LX195

HP MediaSmart Server LX195

On the inside, the LX195 has a single 640GB hard drive by default. If you want to upgrade later, it is possible, but you need to catalog all your data, replace the disk to reinstall the system, copy everything back into the socket Sorry, you must re-create all user accounts and shared directory (ouch). We hope that HP is a better way. We would be tempted to try to clone the partition to a larger hard drive with Acronis True Image or Norton Ghost. HP has not tested it, but our best guess is that it should work. The LX195 uses an external power supply and what that means is: less noise. The EX-487 is very small, but in a quiet environment, it is possible to hear the 3 little fans rotate.

From a software point of view of the functionality of the Media Smart Server is similar to the EX-487, because it took place before the video and the iPhone update. It comes with 1 GB of RAM, expandable to 4 GB, but you should remember that the operating system (Windows Home Server) is only 3 GB.

If you want the Media Smart server features, but do not worry about the multiple internal drives, this should be the lowest cost WHS device with this kind of functionality.

Specifications:

  • 640GB Hard disk
  • Intel 1.6Ghz Atom
  • 1GB RAM (Max 4GB)
  • Gigabit Ethernet
  • External Power Supply
  • Dimensions: 4 x 8 x 8″

And now they have a jump, a surprise in both direction and magnitude of these ladies’ models. Pink, powder blue, rose gold, pearl, Swarovski crystals, pink and lighting are far away from the matte black plastic and that they disagreed with. The range consists of three basic hand watches, chronograph subdial, and an alarm with leather and silicone bands and a steel band as an option for the alarm model.
