Chip manufacturer VIA has a rather small share of the PC CPU market. So perhaps it is appropriate, the company focuses heavily on small CPUs for personal computers. And this applies not only that netbooks. VIA two new desktop motherboards for small form factor desktop computers, leads, also known as nettops. Both are designed around low power VIA Nano processor with Intel’s Atom platform in netbook and nettop use spaces in the competition.

The new VIA EPIA M800 Mini-ITX motherboard can have a 1.2GHz Nano U2500 CPU, or a 1.3 GHz processor U2250. It supports DVI, HDMI, and dual Gigabit Ethernet connections. It includes the VIA VX800 media processor.

The VIA EPIA N800 Nano-ITX is the smaller of the two, measuring only 4.7″ x 4.7″. It supports the U2250 CPU 1.3 GHz and has VGA, USB and Gigabit Ethernet ports. It also works with the VIA VX800 media processor, has 6 USB ports and 2 SATA II ports.

The VIA Nano is a 64-bit processor, unlike Intel’s 32-bit atom. The new motherboards and processors support Windows 7, and while designed for use in embedded devices such as kiosks or digital signs, they should pack for a low-power home media PC enough oomph. You should be able to 1080p HD video and DirectX 9 graphics and 6-channel audio processing.

The economy and the slow adoption are not well with the many companies in the wireless USB market. These facts have many of the largest out of the market forced to repress. Long after we first heard of Wireless USB, we are finally the first hard drive to the tech called the Imation Pro WX.

The drive works with wireless USB connection with a 30-foot range. The computer containing the drive to connect to has a dongle to use for the connection. Imation demands of wireless connectivity for data transfer speeds of well up to 15 megabytes per second.

The drive has 1.5 TB of storage and is compatible with both Mac and Windows computers. The drive is available now for $ 449.99, which is a premium over a standard external drive. The wireless connectivity is certainly a cool feature, though.

The DIR-685 was first introduced way back in January at CES, and now the company has started shipping them. The DIR-685 features a built-in Draft N Wi-Fi module that can communicate with network-attached storage devices.

But that’s not everything it does. The 3.2-inch LCD screen will play streaming video or you can use it as a digital picture frame. If you statistics, it is status information displayed in the form of charts and gauges. Like weather, but no window and looked out? You can use the screen program to produce weather forecasts and other live-view Internet content. This router does a lot.

The NAS feature supports UPnP Server features, and BitTorrent downloads.

160GB notebook memory is too small for all your photos, music and HD video? How about 320 GB? Still too small? If large capacity is a requirement that today’s news from Western Digital for a 640GB hard drive is exactly what you need to heal the small memory-blues.

The WD Scorpio Blue 640 GB HDD is a 2.5-inch long) 9.5mm high notebook hard drive (with double-320GB disks that Western Digital makes the largest capacity in this form factor.

It has developed three technologies to improve the notebook: IntelliSeek (calculates the optimum seek speeds to lower power consumption, noise and vibration), Shock Guard (shock) and Whisper Drive (state of the art algorithms, a smooth ride produce). The drive also consumes 30 percent less energy than previous Scorpio Blue drives.

When it comes to the case, you want something that you can all the components (with some room for future upgrades), they are cool, look good and still within budget. The new center of M59 Tower NZXT looks as if it should fit any of these criteria.

The feature list for this case looks a lot like some of the other NZXT offers which have impressed us in the past. You have 5 fans for airflow, including optional side-and top-mounted 120mm fan. Like most of NZXT’s cases, you will notice, pre-drill holes for mounting a liquid cooling solution. The front and mesh-look is probably enough to sell for most people, but there are two functions that I would like to say that you should think really long and hard about updating your case.

INTERESTED IN NZXT M59? BUY ONE NOW AT A REDUCED PRICE!

SSD’s are more and more popular these days, especially with players. They are still a bit expensive, but they can add that little bit more performance you are looking for. Unfortunately, if you are installing on your system, you will soon realize that you do not need to mount. The guys over at NZXT were wise enough to see this problem, and two 2.5 “drive bays for just that reason.

Even thinking about upgrades if you have installed a liquid cooling system you probably had to deal with the motherboard from the case. This is because you usually need a special mount on the back of the card. Once again, the M59 for you. A look behind the CPU is still open on the case, just on the side. Your Board is still attached to the case, but now you only need to the side to mount. Very stylish. You can order this case until next month.

Points, a large electronic box into the corn, you can use all the unnecessary files you have, pull back the last ten years. That is exactly what this Western Digital My Book Studio Edition II offers what you 4TB of disk space in a housing. In this fanless housing live a few capable 2TB hard disks configured in a RAID 0 array, and you can be outside this monstrosity through eSATA, FireWire 800, FireWire 400, and good old USB 2.0. It plays with Nice Macs and PCs, and Western Digital says it has a small footprint. ” It depends what you mean by “small”, but WD has no dimensions.

I have a 2 TB drive like this, and its operational capabilities is at best mediocre. The peculiar combination, they can only show on my PC more than half the time, and his investment is amazing plastic-y and cheap with a USB port, a connector can hardly exist. There is no reason to think that this 4TB version will be different. But hey, imagine that four trillion bytes!
