The Samsung S5K4E2 is a chip that 5MP LAKE (Samsung Enhanced Energy Steering) used pixel technology and integrates an extended depth of IP for providing crisp images. S5K4E2 The chip also features advanced noise removal technology and supports barcode and business card scanning. Moreover, the image sensor captures Clear Video images at full resolution (up to 15 fps).

The S5K4E2 in a 6.5 mm x 6.5 mm module fit with a height of only 4.5 mm, so that for perfect ultra-slim handsets.
Next, the Samsung S5K5CA, a 3MP system-on-Chip (SoC) solution that uses a CMOS image sensor and an image signal processor (ISP) combined. The S5K5CA comes with sophisticated image processing functions, and 720p HD video capabilities. I think this is the first 3MP chip for mobile phones, supports HD video (even though I may be wrong here).

The 32 GB microSD card developed this month, stacks eight 32-GB NAND devices and a card controller. The industry’s highest capacity, ready for production microSD card is through the use of advanced 30-nm class of Samsung 32-GB NAND flash memory technology is enabled. Previously, the highest density microSD card in the production had a 16 GB capacity, and based on 40nm-class 16Gb NAND.
Samsung’s new 64GB moviNAND has been in volume production by December 2009, while the 32 GB microSD will now be scanned with OEMs, with mass production expected in the next month.
